Aug/Sept. is the time for members to sign up as a mentor or mentee. Mentorship focus options can be selected by the members to sort out the needs/opportunities.

Oct/Nov. would be the time where matches are made and introductions are sent by text/email. Resources would also be available to establish mentorship.

The mentor team can then determine how often and how they wish to meet up. (Phone, text, Facetime) They can also meet eachother in the physical at Homecoming.

Easter will be a time to conclude on the year and offer feedback and testimonies. This data will be used to improve our mentorship program.
